Synopsis - Bai Mee Bholi is a suspense story set in a small village. As the story progresses through the growth and expansion of the village and the hurdles faced by the villager's in this process, the head of the village, Patil, learns that one of the villagers Mukadan is missing. All hell breaks loose as Mukadan's wife is distraught. A moved Patil promises Mukadan's wife, Chandrakka that he will find her husband. The villager's meanwhile talk in hushed tones about the alleged affair of Mukadan with the tamasha dancer Rangu. They believe that Rangu had either murdered or kidnapped Mukadan for the sake of money. C.I.D Inspector, Miss Bholi dons the role of a tamasha dancer and arrives to solve the mystery.
